In a time of chaos and fragmentation, what keeps us rooted and growing in Love? When there is so much that wearies and wounds us, so many voices trying to control or seduce us, how do we stay fully alive and fully ourselves? How do we keep seeking and receiving the rest, renewal and spiritual nourishment we require to keep showing up with peace and compassion in these turbulent times?
You are invited to come away from it all for a time of delightful rest, renewal, and nourishment. Join Kimberly and an intimate community of fabulous women for prayer and reflection, time around the table and in nature, and searching conversation about staying true to ourselves, weaving a rhythm of spiritual rest and nourishment that is life-giving and generative for us, those in our care, and the world within our reach.
This weekend retreat includes:
* Four guided sessions with Kimberly, including teaching, personal reflection, and group conversation
*Optional prayer practices: morning/evening prayer, centering prayer, creative expression & labyrinth
* Private room with shared bath (subtract $50 if you’d like to share a room)
* Five delicious meals
* Free time to explore hiking trails, lake, & surroundings
Our Homes away from Home
Surrounded by the Blue Ridge mountains, Lake Junaluska is a perfect place for a retreat. We’ve reserved two beautiful, cozy homes, across the street from one another, and just a short walk from the lake and all the amenities of the community.
Lake Junaluska is about a three-hour drive from Atlanta.
Your Spiritual Guide
Creator and spiritual director of Deep Waters, Kimberly offers sacred space for people to show up and share their real, messy, beautiful selves, to ask the deeper questions of life, to awaken to the gift and challenge of being fully human, to know a deep, abiding Presence within and around us, and to discern more joyful, meaningful ways to live and serve. She is the grateful mom of Theo and Luca, creative director of their home, along with her husband Michael, living in the East Lake neighborhood of Atlanta, GA.
Cost: $450 includes lodging, meals, sessions and resources.
Non-refundable deposit of $100 due to reserve your place. Balance of $350 due by April 1.
