Spiritual Direction

Though the spiritual journey is personal, we need not go it alone. Sometimes you want a trusted companion, who meets you where you are and helps you find your way. A spiritual director has the sacred privilege of listening to your life with you to help you discern where God is and how you can open more fully to God’s love and grace.

Spiritual direction invites you to explore where you are in your spiritual journey and helps you become more aware of God's presence and gifts in your life. This primarily happens through prayer and dialogue, as the director listens deeply to the shape and substance of your days and seeks to discern what God may be up to. In addition to listening attentively to you and offering reflections, the director may also commend resources or practices that you may find helpful in your exploration.
